Technical areas

The technical expertise of our employees and their innovative drive are the key factors in the technical advancement of our HyperDoc product line and FormText suite. The development of DMS and ECM solutions with lasting value requires technical knowledge as well as broad perspective.

The technical areas include development, quality assurance and project implementation.

Our developers are given interesting responsibilities which cover the whole range of their field – from conceptual planning and design to implementation, troubleshooting, bug-fixing and documentation.

Quality assurance goes hand-in-glove with development. It is important for us to test our products thoroughly to ensure that our quality standards are met. The tasks of quality assurance include planning, control and optimization of test processes as well the analysis, documentation and monitoring of errors.

Project implementation takes place in close collaboration with customers and the sales department. This includes the creation of requirements specifications, installation, configuration, operational setup and maintenance of standard products, implementation of customer-specific components as well as technical support for our customers.
