Sales & Marketing
The success of our document management and output management solutions is largely due to the commitment of the people who have direct contact with our customers. They are the facilitators between the market and IQDoQ.
Our sales department handles a particular area of sales and/or subject independently. Tasks for the area include the development of market and customer strategies, advising and acquiring new customers, independent negotiations and the production of quotations and contracts. Inside sales staff provide organizational and administrative support for field sales staff as well as for new customer acquisition and customer relations management.
Marketing is subdivided into three areas of responsibility. Strategic marketing involves ongoing monitoring of the market and competitors as well as the analysis of customer requirements. Product management works closely with Sales and the technical departments to plan and implement future product strategy. The area of communication is responsible for planning the corporate presentation of IQDoQ in the public sphere. This includes creating and updating the Internet site and brochures as well as organizing for events and trade shows.
