- Hardcopy mail is scanned, and fax and e-mail messages are received from corresponding servers.
- All documents can be indexed automatically and forwarded to staff members via digital mailboxes.
- Relevant documents are saved in the digital archive in accordance with regulations for data access and auditing of digital documents as well as orderly system-based accounting (GDPdU and GoBS in Germany).
- Incoming invoices can be identified as such with an optional ICR component and forwarded separately to the responsible person in the accounting department.
- Incoming invoices pass through a digital approval workflow within the company.
