IQDoQ has always relied on innovative technologies in the development of HyperDoc products. This is how the highest possible security and efficiency are achieved for digital archiving and electronic workflow processing.

HyperDoc combines leading edge technologies with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of document management and enterprise content management. HyperDoc is based on J2EE technology and can therefore be integrated  in complex, heterogeneous system environments independent of platforms. The software is modular in design, highly scalable and has an open system architecture. Wherever possible, its well-engineered technology is based on established standards.

With HyperDoc, documents can be captured from diverse sources. Paper documents are captured via scanners, and fax and e-mail messages are imported via interfaces from the corresponding server. MS Office documents created in-house are filed in the archive using the HyperDoc-OFFICE interface. Documents from other systems are imported via the corresponding interfaces. In principle all common data formats can be processed, including audio and video data.

The system can be integrated in existing environments such as ERP or CRM systems. The integration with SAP R/3, which is certified by SAP AG, uses the ArchiveLink interface. IQDoQ GmbH also has comprehensive expertise and many years of experience in integrating customer-specific applications. There are stable, well-documented programming interfaces available on both the client and server side.
