FormText™ – The IQDoQ output management system

FormText is our solution for efficient output management. As a standalone application or combined with standardized digital files (IQAkten) or HyperDoc ECM solutions, FormText streamlines the work with standard documents.

Our FormText solutions reduce the time and expense to output large volumes of documents. FormText automatically fills in forms created according to particular criteria directly in your applications, then sends them to print. It acts as a mediator between the preparation of all parts of a document and its subsequent output.

FormText can be used in any application on any system. It streamlines work with forms and standard letters from the task of creation to output on paper, to the Web or to your archive.

The output management system works with various print formats and can be used for a wide variety of output systems – from a franking machine to printers from various manufacturers or even printing lines with enveloping. Even when printing large quantities of forms, FormText reduces the load on systems to a minimum.
