Our SAP partner program offers an attractive entry into the world of document management for software consultancies with a high level of SAP expertise. As a sales partner for our SAP packages, you enable your SME clientele to implement cost-effective, simple SAP archiving in compliance with auditing standards. The business model:
We offer four modular solution packages for SAP archiving which are particularly designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The first package archives outgoing SAP documents from the SD and MM modules directly in the HyperDoc® DMS during printing. The second SAP package adds the functionality for archiving scanned documents appended to an SAP business object in the SD, MM and FI modules. The third solution package is necessary for archiving additional SAP documents from the SD, MM and FI modules - such as business documents, print lists and reorganization files - in compliance with auditing standards. The fourth SAP package integrates the SAP Knowledge Provider and thus enables secure storage of documentation associated with production such as manuals and installation instructions.
All four packages include document retrieval via the SAP graphical user interface. Optimal, transparent integration of HyperDoc® in SAP based on our certified ArchiveLink interface ensures the best user ergonomics. The SAP packages are offered by us at a fixed price which includes all services for installation and operational setup, and they are sold only through our partner network.
